Transfer of Ownership
Upon completing and receiving payment for all marketing, advertising, branding, and website design services, Viaggio Digital will transfer full rights and ownership of the final assets to the client. This transfer includes one complimentary website maintenance session within a specified period following the transfer.
Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Rights
Viaggio Digital reserves the right to pursue legal action to protect its intellectual property if the client initiates any disputes or chargebacks on completed work. In such cases, any rights previously granted to the client are revoked, and the client must cease using all designs or digital assets produced by Viaggio Digital. This measure ensures that all creative materials remain protected and under Viaggio Digital’s control until issues are resolved.
Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All payments made for Viaggio Digital’s services are strictly non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all fees previously paid by the client will be retained by Viaggio Digital to cover the work and resources allocated.
Third-Party Costs
Clients are solely responsible for third-party fees related to website hosting, domain registration, package upgrades, or other platform-specific expenses incurred throughout the project duration. These costs are not included in Viaggio Digital’s fees and must be managed directly by the client. Viaggio Digital is not responsible for any payments made outside of our authorized payment platforms, including Zelle, PayPal, or Square business accounts.
